Full of foreigners avoid
KFC food is always on point but service in this shop is atrocious. They clearly don't pay enough for the stress because there is always new staff who don't know what they are doing and who make the experience more painful than it has to be. Been coming here 10 years because it was the only halal kfc in town, but Chadwell Heath drive thru has much better service albeit longer queues. If you guys paid good staff good money you would make more profit guaranteed. Instead of people like me always thinking twice before coming to your shop.
They got my order wrong. When I noticed and tried to correct it they kept walking away to serve others and simply shrugged their shoulders. Very poor customer service.
