Very helpful staff.
The best.
Extremely disappointed with the embassy. First of all I haven't been raised in Albania or had an Albanian education so the limited Albanian I speak I believe is quite good, although went I went to apply for a renewal of my Albanian passport the Embassy's employees were very rude and not helpful not even allowing me to finish my sentence ........ secondary no-one answers the phone no matter how many times I've been calling. And to top it all up when you ask a question relevant questions regarding the process of the passport which they supposed to know (that's why they are employed) not only they don't answer but they ask you to call again......not responding on eMails either.....very disappointed, people that work at Embassy's should be more informative, helpful and give the right advise and information.....

My experience refers to the consular office. Terrible service. Rude staff. Complete lack of interest. Dismissive, forgetful, ineffective. I hope it gets better because if you are depending on them to solve any issue, you are in trouble. I apologise for being so direct, but unfortunately that is what I found.
Unfortunately I can not leave zero stars on this review. Completely useless and uneducated employees. I find it hard to believe that someone decided to put them in charge of representing an entire country's government. The do not answer the phone, do not reply to emails and when they do they are extremely rude. Applying for a passport renewal is so bad that applicants are actually considering to change their nationality rather than having to deal with the incompetent imbeciles at this embassy.
