Delicious authentic Thai food, prices are very decent. Their collection system is brilliant and works very well.
Absolutely abysmal service. Firstly, I was informed the food would arrive within circa 45 mins which was completely fine. However, after waiting over an hour, I decided to seek an update via the Uber Eats app which showed that the food was still being prepared. Due to it being New Years Eve, I assumed the restaurant may have been busy and therefore gave them the benefit of the doubt. Once it had been well over the hour and a half mark, I called the store several times but they didn’t pick up. After becoming increasingly frustrated, I called a further three times but still had no luck. I’m now sitting here almost three hours later without any explanation, apology or more importantly, any food! I am extremely disappointed with the overall service here and won’t be recommending the restaurant to anyone in the future!
