I'm concerned here because I am disabled and in a wheelchair....allowing any of the public including disabled people to use the toilet! So I got a refund on my breakfast and went to Starbucks.... No such difficulty!

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are tasty and the stuff is welcoming and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we enjoy a pleasing time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered on Uber eats about 15 times over the past year. Normally get 20 nuggets with sweet curry sauce. Out of all the times we've ordered, I think we've received sweet curry sauce twice. It's either missing or they give us sweet and sour. A one off is understandable, but honestly the fact that it has happened so often just screams that staff aren't even being trained to read the order, or are being encouraged not to. I've managed to get my money refunded a few times (depending on whether Uber eats feels like it each time) but honestly I'd just like to enjoy maccys nuggets with my favourite sauce. Please look into this

I've never been a customer before but my neighbour had some vouchers, £1.99 for a big mac & fries. Off I went to get two bargain meals! Quiet instore as 12 o'clock. Helpful friendly staff and very quick service. Too quick as it turned out. A 4 minute walk home and napkins at the ready! Chips...lukewarm. Burger not much warmer. Had they delayed me for a few moments more, they would have time to heat the food properly. Shame, it could have been ok, reasonable price but wouldn't want to pay much more for the rather strange chips or 'fries', as they like to call them. Each to his own!
