A very pleasurable experience to something that feels daunting. Great service and customer satisfaction. I didn't know what frames would suit me but the staff put me at ease with their knowledge and assistance. Always a great service, staff always happy to help, and go a little beyond to find me the glasses I want, even if there not in the shop, they have them sent from the other branches, and I usually find the glasses to suit, highly recommended
