I asked for a better line trimmer head for my ryobi cordless strimmer. The owner found be a good upgrade in short time. The product is of good quality and of a decent price. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and seem very honest too.

They weren't able to fix my tool but not because they didn't know how, they tried to save me money and told me it would be a waste of money. They actually turned away business to be honest and offered some excellent helpful advice. When I come to replace my tool I will come here to do it. It might be a bit more expensive than a big commercial outlet but you can't put a price on old fashioned honesty and small business. Highly recommend this business. If you can, try to support local honest hard working businesses.
