Staffs very friendly, grilled spicy chicken amazing, chips always fresh and nice. It comes with salad which is fresh . Over all nice food

I ordered via Uber eats Genuinely the best fried chicken I’ve had in awhile
Frustrating but I can't give a higher rating than 3/5. I have placed 4 takeaway orders with this place (via Deliveroo) and the food was always really tasty, but the last 2 times items were missing from the order.
Last week, I ordered Spicy Wings and received Potato Wedges instead. And instead of Chicken Stripes I received Chicken Wings. Very annoying, but because the food WAS tasty I decided to give them another chance today. I even added a note to please check that the order was correct. And yet again items were missing: 1 can of Pepsi instead of 2. 1 portion of Fries instead of 2.
Seriously, if you're that bad at getting an order right, don't work in the takeaway business. It's a shame, but I'll look for another restaurant now.
