They need more trained staff. Some of them are not polite. Please guys smile
Firstly… doesn't feel clean... feels like a typical chicken and chips shop not a KFC might aswel call it "Chick-King" or "Fried Chicken House". It didn't seem like there was any staff as i got to the counter the man was in the kitchen and asked me to wait a minute. He took my order and the persons behind me then he disappeared, proberly went to help prepare it. I also ordered some chicken strips and he did offer me sauces and i told him which ones, sadly when i got on the bus and looked in the bag there was no sauces, i was sooo angry because the strips were DRY and the the other pieces of chicken were also DRY too, luckily the fries were a little bit greasy so i didn't completey choke!!
I ordered the Tuesday deal, wasn't given the correct order. Lacking eye for details. They are very Consistent in giving the Wrong orders to customers; leading to so many irate customers that causes delays and bad atmosphere. Will never step in that branch again! It's common sense to put sachet of wipes and tissues in the bag and some condiments, not in this branch! If ever you're going there, double check what you've ordered before you leave the premises! Staff lack good manners...🙄
Plenty of room to eat and fast service. However, not always as clean as perhaps it should be.
Food is nice, but the wait is to long. Also the shop feels very dirty
