I order from Katie s Kitchen Peckham most times but today i now have to consider ordering elsewhere. After my food was delivered i was absolutely appalled to what i found, the chicken wings " If you can call them that" were dry, small,tasteless and not to mentioned clearly re fried. the further items such as the chips and burgers were also not to a edible standard. i called the man who took my order to ask for a refund or at least a change but he was extremely rude and told me that he will not refund me nor would resend the food but that " if i do not like the food i shouldn't order from there . he also got extremely aggressive with me and called me a D1ckHead witch i surprised to hear from one of their employers. I will not be ordering from here again the service and standard of food has gone completely down hill and advised anyone looking for a good meal to look elsewhere.
Yes can be hit and miss with how nice the chicken is most of the time it's ok sometimes abit dry value for money 2 pics of chicken fries and a can of drink just under £3 cant complaint
The young workers attitudes stink and the chips taste like they were cooked in the fish fat. Their chicken was slimey and the batter on the chicken wasn't crispy as if it was under cooked. I would never go back to eat here.the decor is appauling and they sell weed from the back door
I spoke a young woman in here she had a great personality but the food was average at best, great customer service but average food.
