Usually been good service but never again. Ordered two pizzas that never made it to us. The driver didn't even bother to pick up the phone and call us that he's arrived. When called to the shop after notifications said the food has been delivered turns out the driver got confused with the building and just gave the food we ordered to a random person. Not even checking the house number/name or order number. Just gave the food away. The shop apparently was closed by the time we call them to check so ended up with nothing. How lazy can people be not to even pick up a phone or check persons name..

My order number was 358895042. Just to make sure I'm not lying. I never had any problems with this Dominos, but this time it was ridiculous. The driver was irresponsible and lazy, simply by giving my food away to another person without checking the details or ringing my phone. He rang the Intercom and just gave the food away to a random low life person. I saw it by the camera, how fast can you deliver? how lazy can you be to do not go upstairs, check the delivery details or phone the person. This driver even went upstairs. Result, I called back and they closed already by 23, just had a "I'm so sorry, your refund will be processed in 5 working days". That's it. What pisses me off is that I am a delivery guy as well, and I have something called Brain, to double check the address or to do not handle the food to low life people trying to get advantages and free food. Shame on your driver honestly. Update on the 18/09/20: The manager never processed my refund when he said he would do it himself. I had to call today to find this out, now I need to wait until next wednesday to be contacted again about my refund.

This is yet another company I tend not to use. Their pizza is certainly very nice but come on guys your prices are bonkers! If you no around to Aldi or Lidl you could have probably four nice pizzas in the oven and on the table before Dominos can deliver one and for less.

Two separate orders from this one. Both took approx. 2 hours to arrive. The second one (why, oh why, did we give it a second chance?) involved a phone call where the member of staff literally said "I couldn't help you, even if I wanted to". When the food did arrive they'd forgotten to put tomato sauce on one half of the pizza.... I'll say that again. They forgot to put sauce on a pizza.
