When you're other main Fast food chains are closed this is a decent shout. Cheap and cheerful

Chicken is part of a food group that is dangerous for a restaurant to get wrong. This restaurant got it wrong. We ordered the food via Just Eat and the order was accepted and we were given a time for delivery. The order stated that it was being prepared and a driver contacted. Around 10 minutes before it was due to arrive a message appeared saying that the restaurant was struggling to get a driver. This suggested that our food was ready but could not be delivered. Around 20 mins later I called the restaurant to find out what was happening. The person I spoke to told me it would be sent in 10 minutes. When I asked about it being left under a heat lamp for a long time knowing myself that it would quickly dry out and become inedible, he put the phone down. Within a minute or so they added a further 45 minutes to the delivery time. When the order came and as predicted, the chicken was cold, dry and inedible. The chicken wrap was cold and wet due to the sauce inside, chips were cold and onion rings were drenched in oil and cold. I'm afraid this was a very poor experience and we will not be ordering again.

Ordered chickens wings which were dry and cold and a mountain burger which had two small dried out hloiecesnof breadcrumb with something hard in the middle. Asked representative his name which he wouldn't give it to me. Tried to call the shop but no one bothered answering so had to drive back to get s refund

worst chicken shop. dont come here. foods always dry and clearly left out for hours. really ill from food. listen to the over reviews please !"

Hit and miss in terms of the freshness of the chicken... What's guaranteed however is being awoken at 3am, having to run and paint the loo like a Jackson Pollock. Four times I've eaten here, four times I've nuked the loo as a result. Not worth it.
