Very nice
Although really positive and attentive service it's unfortunately noticeable that this not the Pizza Express we all know when it comes to the food.
The current menu is dated and uninspiring and the portion size reduced, kids pizzas are noticeably smaller.
If anyone is reading this in head office, I know times are hard, but the basics people are still wanting to be inspired to keep coming back. With less emphasis on social connection and atmosphere the food and drink needs to be the star of the show.
Came here today and had such great service I had to leave a review. Loudymart Sanchez was so kind and accommodating and very pleasant. Order was quick to be taken, food was fast to arrive and tasted so good. Will be returning :)
I ordered the NEW Margherita Bufala pizza earlier through Deliveroo with extra red onion and mushrooms. The issue isn't the fact I paid £1.95 for two measly bits of onion, but there was NO BASIL - it''s meant to be one of the three main ingredients and they didn't bother adding it. For a restaurant not doing great they really aren't helping themselves with such poor service and a complete failure in providing what they say on the label. I was so happy Pizza Express was back but won't order again or recommend them. Massive fail
The pizza is actually amazing. I got Margherita and it's very very nice. Recommend everyone to come here.
