I saw it first time two weeks ago. Shop appearance looked attractive and so did the menus. So I made spur of the moment to try its food.
I was thorowly disappointed with the burger abd wings and chips.
Chicken was tasteless. Poorly packaged and placed in paper bag. Burger was squashed in 5 minutes it took me to get home.
I have never had such a poorly cooked, packaged and quality chicken order from such chicken fast food.
It is newly opened. While waiting for my order to be prepared, I observed The staff looked new to jobs untrained. One staff member was training the other two smallest of actions, taking order, packaging chips, etc.
I would never go back and to save other the bother.
Disappointed big times...i used to go to a tooting one and it was the best takeaway now they opened in sutton and every time i order they send old chicken that doesnt taste good also with every meal they send million fries which you cant have after a while because they are dry and disgusting very Disappointed never ordering a bloody sam again ...waste of money
Burger and wings were delicious and well cooked, portions and ingredients in sandwich were generous. Will definitely be repeating :)
It’s so fast delivery that the chicken is so old and god knows how many day’s before warming it to send it to me it’s old smelly and black and pink but not raw that
shows how old is it !! Never order from them if you don’t want food poisoning 🤢
Really disappointed, bought 3 pieces chicken meal, chicken extremely dried nasty, chicken is pink inside..
