No customer service! Very rude staff and specifically the one person who collect and return the document on visa counter. Don't even reply to your greeting, the worst place to be in for any information. This needs to be addressed by the ambassador, the visa procedures and rules are ridiculous itself. The submission and collection times are a joke, at collection, they hardly work few hours a day and that too seems death to them. Everyone got attitude problem. My review is not just based on one visit and but countless. Slavery times are over my friends, say Hi to democracy!

Rang twice in 2 days, both times on hold for over an hour and then they end the call. Hours wasted and no further forward. To call the customer service absolutely shocking would be a compliment. It is none existent. All the positive reviews are clearly paid for. For this to be attributed to the royal embassy is an embarrassment. Learn from these reviews and dont bother calling.

No telephone answer in any department. If you have a query you have to travel to the embassy to get an answer. No guarantee you will have any success.

Rang multiple times before and no answer, today I had an answer but the staff seems to not know the updates about travelling to Saudi in January even though it was on the government official website. He also was not very helpful.

The worest embassy I have ever seen. No calls answer. No Information. No body give any information either by phone calls or emails. Shame
