Rude staff. Visa rejected and I ask for a reason. She replied I do not have to give you any reason. Spend whole day waiting and paid for this kind of poor service and get nothing. Tried Germany and Dutch embassy and they are all treating people fair and politely. French gov shall fire these guys.

Why not answer the phone!? I was shocked after seeing all these reviews by people on how bad the service is as that you never answer the phone! Does any of you look at these reviews and think that they matter!? This is happing to me right now too. Never answer the phone.

Very poor service since 13 of August that I m calling till 13 of September no one pick up the phone I don’t know if someone work at the embassy ive spoke with one lady saying they will contacting me shortly she never did I’ve send so many emails over a month no one reply to my emails,
