Really enjoyable ! The kids loved the butterflies, especially when they landed on them. Good value for money considering you've got the parrots, reptiles and rabbits etc. The soft play was also included in the price. Lovely friendly staff too. Highly recommended.

Amazing place for both kids and adults! One-way system is perfect and flawless, able to see everything and learn a lot. Stunning butterfly enclosure! All animals were removed to nature world due to their previous owners being unable to look after them (is what we were told).

We enjoyed our time there, great place for kids who love bugs. Have to say though, think they could do better in the whole COVID prevention area. When you first go in you are straight in a humid butterfly enclosure with lots of other people just wandering around (there were faded arrows on the floor but no one seemed to pay attention to the system and certainly not keeping 1 or 2 metres apart). Propping doors open, providing sanitiser or staff wearing masks would have felt a little better.

COVID-19 REVIEW Great day out with the family. It has a section for butterflies, parrots, lizards, creepy crawleys and and out door Farm section where you can stroke the animals. The whole place has a one way system and masks must be worn in certain areas (primarily indoors) unless you have a medical reason not to of course. Hand gel is provided around the site too, so plenty of hand cleaning to be done. The cafe has amazing home made cakes but the generic food (burgers, paninies etc) are expensive for what they are but we all need to eat and it keeps it up and running i suppose. The cafe has zero social distancing measures in place though, chairs right next to other tables for the most part. They seem to have put profits before common sense. There are two outdoor play areas for older children, one indoor for toddlers and small children and another large indoor play area for older children. The indoor play areas are limited to one hour stays due to limited seating which seems fair. Other than that, I'd recommend it for families even during the current circumstances.

Great place for children. Walking through the large and colourful butterflies was lovely and amazing for little ones, particularly give that they're not the kind of butterflies youd see. They try hard to keep people socially distanced, asking adults to wear masks in busy areas and with a good one way system, (but there are always some people these days who know better). I would recommend this place.
