P.S. the hot tub is absolutely fabulous, I don't think me and the hubby have been out of it since we had it installed, ha!
Can't shout about this family run business enough! Very refreshing to see such a customer focused hot tub company. This is now our second hot tub, unfortunately the first time round we bought one online due to the price. We had no end of problems with it, but I guess you buy cheap you buy twice which in this case we did. Wish we had bought from here the first time round but there we go. Thank you very much to everyone from start to finish, you're all brilliant.
Appointment system worked well. Jack was friendly, helpful and knew his products well. We walked away having bought our third hot tub.
Very impressed with this family run business, not pushy at all and offer a very friendly and professional service which we have found no fault with. Their products are also second to none. Before deciding to go with Concept Spa we spent a long time visiting local companies and researching various online suppliers which actually made our decision to go with Concept Spa much easier.
