Oh this place holds a special place in my heart. I absolutely love woo lot it's my one and only place to get amazing food. So glad it's local. Amazing food always good portions and a lot of variety. The spring rolls are to die for. The only place I order from because ordering Chinese food can be a gamble.
Fresh and hot. Clean and polite. Also didnt have to wait ages to be served and you know it's good when you see other Chinese people dining there.
A fairly dated establishment. The food is fairly good but could be better. Cook pretty well and hot. The service is fast but the customer interaction could be better. They do not accept card - cash only!
Horrendous customer service, I went here with my friend & when her food came it wasn't what she had ordered, so she told our waiter who told her 'that is what you ordered'.
She then went to the owner who was even more rude than the waiter, asking who was going to pay for the original meal that was incorrectly served to my friend & so he thought it best to completely take both meals away & let us leave, as opposed to correcting an incorrectly served meal!
This was my 1st & last visit to this restaurant!
Hot, fresh and quick food. Excellent customer service and a great price too. I recommend the duck in black bean sauce
