Delivery was on time and the portion sizes were very generous. We ordered the chicken and lamb biryani with bombay potatoes. It tasted good but a little plain for those who like their Indian meals spicy.
I have been using this restaurant for years and always found the food very good, until last night,. the food arrived cold, not the fault of the delivery driver as I tracked his route, so it could not have gotten cold in the time he took to get here. I tried to reheat in the microwave which resulted in the tandoori chicken drying out even further and the peshwari nan just becoming a soggy mess, the rice seemed to be ok. I used Uber eats and have informed them but they don’t seem interested.
Have been coming here for years. Best Indian restaurant in Waltham Forest. Staff very friendly. Due to Covid got a takeaway. Just as good as eating in. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Food was good, mine was a tiny bit too oily but my girlfriends was just fine. The Location is beautiful, looks very noble in a not so noble district. Staff is very friendly! Overall a good place to eat in a not so noble neighborhood. I can recommend it.
I randomly decided to try this plays as it was Dine Out to Help Out Monday which gave me a nice discount. The butter chicken was amazing and peshwari nan was. Also nice with the coconut filling.
