I would like to personally thank the customer service representatives for their incredible kindness. I was unable to locate the customer service on Google so decided to use the branch I was going to watch the film instead. Duman & Anastasiia was so understanding and helpful I would definitely recommend for everyone to call the team if they have any issues with their bookings! Outstanding staff members with the highest level of respect to their customers. FIVE STAR SERVICE!
I came here because of the 4d cinema, after hearing about it from nearly everyone I know and hearing about how it’s the best cinema ever
I had to go see for myself and... I was not disappointed at all. It was one of the best experiences I had in a cinema.
I was watching tenet and every single scene made it feel as if I were there. The water spraying on boat scenes, smoke being released during explosions, the bullets spraying compressed air pass our ears. I am definitely going to come back and watch the Batman here.
One problem I had was that the 4d was so realistic that I was inverted after leaving the cinema
What a disappointment. Their snacks & drinks have little to nothing for anyone who wants to avoid consuming anything from animals. In a world where we should be doing all we can to shift to plant-based diets for the sake of our planet, our own health and the animal victims who are forced to suffer and die for our unnecessary wants, this place seems to be moving backwards.
This was my one and only visit. I saw a movie on their so-called Super Screen. Halfway through the movie the lights switched on for a while AND we were watching two different scenes simultaneously on the screen, one superimposed on the other. The staff were very slow to resolve the situation - obviously not paying attention. It was only once people started shouting - a while after - that something was done. No offer of compensation for our horrible experience either. The sound for the film also seemed unbalanced and unnecessarily loud.
I will not be back.
One of my fave cineworld cinema complexes. Fresh popcorn, lots of space, IMAX and Superscreen (which is my personal best of you can get a good seat). I like it.
Saw Inception in 4DX. Absolutely insane experience! This is makes movies feel so alive. I felt as if I was in a different realm. Took me a little to snap out of the amazement after leaving the cinema
