Amazing place for a day out with family. We enjoyed the boating lake the most! You can rent a little boat or a pedalo for cheap and spend half an hour on the water. They have vests for the little ones too. The lake is not massive, so it's better to rent when there are not many people already on it.
There is a large playground for all ages. It was quite busy, but there is plenty of space to sit down while you watch your child running around. The park itself is huge, lots of places to explore,or to just sit down, enjoy the views and a little picnic,or a big birthday party! There is a big cafe in the park with lots of food and drink choices and even ice cream-although we have seen at least two ice cream vans there as well. There is a football pitch and tennis courts too. We have spent half a day there and I'm sure we haven't seen all of it. Definitely worth it!
very nice park, lots of things to do for the whole family
Great wide expanse of green with lovely old trees. Playground, Bowling, Tennis court and outdoor gym to be active. Or just stroll leisurely through the park and rest on one of the many benches. Enjoy the lake with its boats and watch the water fowl. Hire a bicycle or cart and speed things up a bit. And after so much to do, relax at the restaurant with a beer or coffee. Dulwich park is a lovely place to be.
Parking is pay by phone. Better get the app downloaded before as otherwise it can be tricky to pay.
Good to reach by public transport as well.
Very nice park.lovely cafe but quite expensive! No hills so good for older people.
One of me and my little boy's favourite parks. Good varied terrain, paths, grass, woods, play grounds and so on.
There are good facilities here, toilets and a good cafe and a reliably present ice cream van.
The basketball courts are also unusually good for south London and usually have nets up.
