We have been going to ck house for years. Always very good some dishes are better than others we usually order salt and chilly crispy beef, pork chow mein, chicken breast curry and king prawn with mix vegetable yum. This is not a fake review.
Had food from here many times and it's been amazing but tonight, when they were rushed off their feet, the food suffered. Chips weren't cooked properly and the curry sauce was more like warm tasteless gravy. Disappointed tonight. Hopefully our next order will be back to the usual standard.
What a waist of money, definitely some fake reviews or some people with zero taste, don't think the chef has ever had a Chinese.
Shredded duck was dry and had no flavour and come with a pathetic pot of plum sauce.
Salt and chilly chicken tasted like dry frozen chicken nuggets.
Egg Fried rice tasted like bland boiled rice.
Nice prawn crackers.
Excellent Chinese takeaway. We order from here regularly. It is always delicious, and always arrives within 30 minutes when they estimate about 40 minutes. The delivery drivers are friendly. I can highly recommend the crispy chilli beef and ribs in syrup.
Don’t let the outside look of C K House fool you, they serve up a great Chinese takeaway.
