Great service and food, delivers very quick every time we've ordered. I ordered from them tonight and jokingly asked for a picture of Carlton banks from the fresh Prince of Bel air and they actually drew a picture of him for me in the bag. If that's not great service I don't know what is. Overall fantastic food and speedy delivery, would recommend.
We understand it was New Years Eve so it would be busy, we ordered and it was a 1hr 15min wait, we were prepared to wait and ordered (estimated delivery time 7:20pm).
Finally arrived at 8:50 after ringing up multiple times to get through around 8:10pm and was told it would be another 20mins as a delivery driver had not turned up.
No information from either Seven Star or Bigfoodie on the delay at anytime, very disappointing.
Well priced, well cooked, always hot when it arrives, delivery peeps are always friendly ... literally nothing to complain about, best Chinese in the area by a pretty big margin, keep it up Seven Star 👍
This was our first time of using Seven Star but I am sorry to say it will be the last. We ordered a Meal for one ie S1 as we don’t eat large meals. It was just warm! The Beef in the Beef with green peppers in Black Bean Sauce was chewy. The side curry sauce was pasty/Luke warm and lacked taste and the chips were so soggy (possibly warmed up) we couldn’t eat them. All in all not a good experience.
Great staff and amazing food. For me, definitely the best in the area.
