The service & quality at this KFC is a bit hit-&-miss.
For example - Yesterday's meal was (again) wrong. Trouble is, you only notice these things when you get home :-(
In terms of quality - sometimes you can clearly see a bit of effort went into preparing your meal, which sadly isn't always the case.
Mask Nazis (not Nazis as such) but refused to serve me though I told them I was exempt until I produced a card that said I was exempt. These cards are not needed, in the end I pulled my t shirt over my mouth. In retaliation in my 3 piece meal they gave me two tiny wings and a leg. I asked for extra salt so they gave me a total of two sachets of salt.
The food it's self while a kids portion didn't taste too bad at all.
Less of the attitude is what I would say.
Wrong order with missing items, but due to the centrality of the restaurant, (In- accessible by car) I couldn't be bothered to go back. Also very inner city vibe for a KFC in such a cute town. Could have done it way better.
