Excellent quality. I have used Pukka Fish for a few years and they have never disappointed. They always cook the fish to perfection.

We always buy our fish and chips from Pukka Fish. Purchased 4 cod and chips this evening but 3 out of the 4 cod were poor quality. The fish is usually white but today it was cream and no flavour. Maybe they have changed supplier as always so good ,with the little pot of tartar sauce and slice of lemon.

The food here is all cooked to order so the wait can be quite long, especially on a Friday. The food is ok and the service friendly enough. A little inconsistent with the large chips though 🤔

The fish and chips are great. However the service really could do with improving. I telephoned an order through and when I went to collect at the given time the order was THEN passed to the fryer and I then had to wait behind everyone else for 30 minutes. The whole point of telephoning the order is to avoid the wait, I'd much rather wait at home than stand with everyone else outside your shop. If you don't want to take telephone orders then say so, don't take it and then do nothing with it. Secondly when you receive an order give the customer an order number, and when it's ready call out the order number not recall the whole order. Firstly it will be much easier for you to call out a number, secondly people will be able to hear what you are saying from outside the shop better and thirdly if two people have the same order it will be clear whose is whose. You had a lot of disgruntled customers standing outside your shop last night, a few VERY simple changes would make everyone happy.
