What an amazing service I received from this company. My parcel was left at the wrong address by the courier and the customer service I received from Stove Care and Repair was second to non. They got in touch with the courier who sent photos of where they left it, clearly showing the wrong address. Stove Care and Repair made numerous phone calls to myself and the courier to ensure that the parcel was retrieved and redelivered to me.
