Had the most romantic date night at Luna cinema. If you are lucky enough to have good weather & take all your picnic kit like you mean business then you will be glad you planned well.
We was super lucky because almost at the end of the movie, while it was dark behind the screen a meteor shower stole the show.
So if your booking a romantic night, might be worth check the meteor shower Calendar online first 😉
What a brilliant set up from beginning to end! Great to get out and get Christmassy, loved the staff and the way they do things differently with the speaker. Only gripe was the amount of people who fail to understand lights off! The car in front kept putting its indicator on! But not the venues fault who got everything right
I was amazed how professional this company are in every possible way. The staff are a total credit to the company , polite, happy professional real breath of fresh air. Usually when staff are wearing a yellow hi-vis they immediately gain mental power to shout at customer's, but not these staff, they are brilliant . All social distancing is in place and the food ordering is top notch. Its so well organised it amazed us. Well done to you all.
I booked tickets for a Halloween showing of ‘The Exorcist’, they cancelled the booking 2 days before the event, while offering an alternative film at a different venue, however when I attempted to book, all film were sold out for Halloween. Th customer service team were rude and unhelpful when I relayed my issues, and furthermore they deducted the booking fee when I asked for a refund, which is absolutely ridiculous, given that they cancelled my booking not me. I would highly recommend booking elsewhere as there are a large variety of other drive in cinemas with much better customer service.
Luna cinema cancelled a screening but have been pretty tricky about giving a refund. They first tried to offer credit, and when I asked for a refund kept stating I would lose my booking fee. I asked Fir a refund anyway and now have not heard back. I wouldn’t recommend booking anything with them in this tumultuous time; in the event they cancel a show you may not receive your money back.
