Just been in store with my boyfriend, we both wanted two packs of paracetomol, we both live at different addresses but because we went in store together we were publicly humiliated when we tried to explain and the elderly, obnoxious woman on the till refused to even look at our I'd so we could prove we weren't together. We were simply shopping together as most people would do. The obnoxious woman made us feel like druggies, shouting all over the store and had people staring at us because two households wanted paracetomol. Absolutely appalling reaction from the staff. Once out of store, I checked the legalities and yes, we were entitled to be served two packs per transaction so no need for the ridiculous over reaction from the elderly cashier!
At this difficult time I acknowledge there are many rules in place. However, we had a very rude cashier. My dad and I went around the shop and the rest of the staff were very helpful but as we reached the till and my dad was about to pay she told us we had to stand two meters apart. I know that these are rules put in place however there were very few people in the store. She explained it was "government policy" but customer intake does vary depending on the store. After my dad explained that I was his son she said "he can wait outside then". Overall, I was very unimpressed by the manners of the cashier as we were both about to leave after my dad paid.
Just basic essentials needed. Ideal.

Loads of good special offers good variety keep up the good work in the quay store mold could take some pointers from the quay store
