Appalling experience. Within one minute of the food arriving I phoned Wingos to inform them that the chicken is completely raw inside. They said it couldn’t possibly be. I asked to send them photos and immediately they realised it was completely raw, and uncooked. I asked for an immediate refund as we couldn’t eat out dinner. I have chased them on 3 occasions for a refund and now they’ve blocked my phone number. I can’t recommend against Wingos enough. To add to it, I’m pregnant and I did let them know I am pregnant and have received uncooked raw chicken but they clearly don’t care/haven’t resolved the issue. Appalling.

I ordered the food and paid over phone, i was told an hour for delivery. But after phoning the store twice the order came around an hour and 25 mins later. The guy delivering had no clue that the order was paid so he phoned up the store who didnt have any idea, i had to bring out my transaction on my phone for it to be cleared. The food was cold and chicken was tough. Normally they are edible but today was not good enough. Not a good experience today at all

Poor Service 20minutes quoted for collection, arrived to be told it was another 20minites wait - in the cold! Two sides missing, chicken between orders was mixed and it was silly cold!

If i could give this establishment a zero rating i would. Clearly lied about what was on the menu. Very aggressive on the phone when questioned about nibbles. Stating Grilled Halloumi cheese in pitta was not a nibble, despite it showing on just eat menu as such. What a terrible way to run an establishment. Certainly wont recommend this place EVER. 1 to avoid at all cost im afraid
