DONT USE. Not a true representation of the Domino’s brand. Should be closed down. I have used these guys on a number of occasions and don’t usually take the time to review but.....If I could give these guys a minus rating I would. Terrible customer service. Disgusting food! And waiting over an hour for food that not even prepared then to be told it’s not their fault or problem they haven’t cooked my food??? Rude staff and gutless managers that won’t come to the phone to deal with complaints. Worst place in Tunbridge Wells to get food from.
Crooks. Misleading delivery times, and lied about a refund. Quoted 25 - 35 minutes for delivery. Over 1 hour 15 later I called to ask for the whereabouts of my pizza. They said it would be another 10 minutes. I asked to cancel and get a refund, they said that would be absolutely fine and that they would send a confirmation of this. I never received the confirmation, I never received the refund, and I also never received the pizza. Needless to say, I'm not happy.
Because of COVID I wasn’t allowed to be handed some garlic sauce. Seriously! You can make a pizza with your hands box it up and pass that over without wearing a face mask or visor but you are not allowed to hand over sauces any longer. What a pathetic simple bunch of staff members !
