Ordered food at 5.30pm when they open. Told 45min 2 hours later no food rang back. Oh sorry we are busy? Only for the food to turn up cold and pieces missing. Rude staff and just general poorness Happened once and thought it must have been an off day but happened again and again no more you have lost a customer and I will never recommend you to anyone

Absolutely diabolical. From start to finish the customer service was appalling. Initially told 60-90 mins so we went ahead and ordered. After 100 mins we rang to be told it’ll be another 20 minutes. Still no sign. We rang 45 minutes later to be told it’d arrived soon. 25 minutes later we finally sat down and ate some luke warm food. Refund was offered on our next order. Fat chance. Definitely not worth the ~3 hour wait. I look forward to exploring other Chinese takeaways in the local area. Fancy this takeaway? Order now for delivery around Christmas.

Goodness what horrible food they just pour lots of sugar into their dishes, ghastly even the cat wouldn't eat it!. I ordered the Pad Thai having eaten this at so many places especially in London let alone Thailand it was not Pad Thai it just tasted of sugar. Really poor standards. Yes it's a Chinese place so maybe they don't know how to cook Thai but then they shouldn't have if on the menu. Prices should be cheaper given the poor quality.

Have used top wok for many years and enjoyed, however over the last 2 years have noticed a big fall in quality and service. Food has consistently been delivered cold (no prob as I do have microwave), but rather disapointing to have cold food after a 2 hour wait or more when delivery time quoted is 1 hour. When contacted to ask after our delivery due to it being late, getting fobbed if with lame excuses and then having a guilt trip placed on me saying that the food was on way after special service..only after I said I wanted order cancelled. Turned food away and will now go else where. Sad times. £30 a week from me they have lost
