It was quiet so we got served quickly. The food was also quick to arrive, it was tasty and hot.
Requested thigh and leg but they got it wrong unfortunately.
Chip portion size was smaller than other KFC locations.
Not the best KFC around but ok. Always so much rubbish outside its off-putting, service is fair, staff are ok. Baring in mind we are in a pandemic i woild think cleanliness would be top priority.
Visited for some lunch today.. the social distancing measures in place were very thorough.. member of staff standing at the door only allowing a certain amount of customers in the restaurant at one time. Recieved our order in quick time, but were a little mixed up and one item missing from the order, but this was soon rectified. Food did not look overly appetizing, but tasted finger licking good!! (But avoid licking fingers unless hands washed thoroughly!!!)
Couldn't be more disappointed. Waited 15mins for our order, which wasn't an issue. However - they chose to make the krushem when our order first came through so it was completely melted and like dirty water by the time we were given it. The chips were soggy and cold and the salad in the burger was really quite digesting. I most certainly won't be returning, I'd recommend going to the McDonalds right next door if you don't wish to feel like you're wasting money on barely edible food.
Good quick service, very polite staff, and food cooked properly and was fresh.
