Poor social distancing measures, one way ststem includes exiting through a fire exit. Toilets were closed except 1 disabled access cubicle that people had to queue for, which had no hand soap. Staff not wearing masks correctly. Although they did replenish the soap quickly when informed it had run out. The screen we were sat in was empty enough to be a good distance from others but it's not clear what measures they had taken to ensure this.

I am reviewing the Odeon, please understand this is not about the staff, they are helpful & always pleasant. It's odeon that sucks, the prices go up & up & the took the club card & have now added a 75p per ticket online booking fee. They are not up with the current dietary requests & have no real vegan options, even after many emails. I have always loved the cinema but go to pretty much any other cinema even though it would be further away because I can get better services ( not talking about service) elsewhere. The "experience" is no different to when it was £4 cheaper but somehow it's £4+75p if you book online. Poor poor poor company

Very welcoming and excellent customer service when we was there. Very helpful and definitely will go again

I actually went to the Odeon a few times, just before the second lockdown. Their measures for keeping people safe were amazing - such a shame there were so few customers. Great experience.

Has a 'ghost ship' feeling to the place at the moment. Skeleton crew on board. All friendly enough though, doing their best to welcome us back in. However my continuing gripe with film showings here is please, please stop turning volume down to minimum as soon as the first credit appears! Some of us enjoy listening to the soundtrack whilst reading the credits. I've paid to see the whole thing through to literally, 'The End'. Please, prettyplease leave the volume control alone. Thank you.
