Dr Richard Karoo

I couldn't be happier with my results. I had a rhinoplasty performed by Mr Karoo two months ago, and from my first consultation I was confident that I was in safe hands. He explained the procedure thoroughly so that I knew exactly what to expect in terms of the operation and recovery. After a cancelled operation due to covid-19, his team at The Cardiff Clinic were in regular contact with me to ensure that it was rescheduled as soon as possible at a date that was convenient to me. Having considered having it done for a long time, my only regret is not going to see Mr Karoo sooner.

Had a consultation today with Dr Karoo was lovely and helpful, completely honest with me. I recommend Dr Karoo and I will be going back if I want any other procedures.

I considered having rhinoplasty and breast augmentation for almost 10 years, but always put it off as I was anxious of what the end result would be. After reading a number of glowing reviews, I decided to book a consultation with Mr Karoo. He was kind, understanding and professional, immediately I felt comfortable and at ease. I decided to proceed with having both procedures done with Mr Karoo. I'm only 2 weeks post surgery and I can honestly say that it's the best decision I've ever made. My nose used to look bulbous and drooped to the side, and my breasts were small and asymmetrical. I feel like I have a new found confidence and I'm so happy with the results. I have wanted my surgery for 8 years, after many consultations and appointments with other surgeons I finally came across Mr Karoo, From start to end Mr Karoos and his team have been perfect! His team got me all booked in for an initial Consultation, As a busy person my diary is very full, so the team did everything they could to fit me in and work around me, arriving at Mr Karoo's office, I was greeted by a very lovely team who helped in every-way possible (Despite current circumstances - Covid-19), Then Meeting Mr Karoo himself I was blown away, unbelievably helpful and positive about the whole situation and gave me the exact advise and recommendations I needed, He wasn't at all pushy and even asked me to take some time to think over everything we had discussed and come back to him if I was still interested (Which went along way with me as so many other companies tried to get money out of me on the day) A few weeks later I was lucky enough to have the surgery, Mr Karoo was incredibly helpful on the build up and called many times to discuss and calm any nervs. the surgery itself was very organised and efficient, it went so well I was able to walk out the next day feeling very good and in much less pain that expected. Its now 6 weeks roughly since my surgery and Mr Karoo and his team have kept in touch and booked me in for multiple check ups to ensure i'm recovering at my best. To conclude this review, A message to anyone considering having any surgery, Mr Karoo and his team are not only affordable but very efficient and very helpful, I would personally 100% recommend them! Thanks to Mr Karoo & the team!

An excellent experience from start to finish. Great communications, explanation, expected outcomes very clear, risks explained. Mr Karoo and his staff at Cardiff Clinic were a pleasure to deal with. I'm absolutely delighted with the outcome of my upper lid blepharoplasty and with the treatment, care and attention I received. I would highly recommend.
