I have to say I always find the staff at Brecon Specsavers very friendly, most helpful and knowledgeable, both in the shop as well as on the phone. I really can't fault them. They really go to great lengths to ensure clients' are provided with excellent service. So, thank you to a great team! My only criticism is that the shop itself is far too small. I understand they will be expanding at some point and I appreciate Covid-19 will probably have delayed this even more. But, it really is important that they get larger premises to allow for better displays, further examination rooms, more space for customers to sit and a better working environment for the wonderful team there. So, I wish them every success for the future and that the larger premises become a reality sometime soon. Please stay safe and well.

A great eye examination, very professional and knowledgeable, but felt unsure about my frames. It seemed I was rushed through and not a pleasant experience also the shop felt dated, all in all not a great experience for my first set of glasses.

My daughter had a eye test on Monday at 9.50am I was sat in waiting area for her, I have got to say what a lovely atmosphere there is in the store, all the girls were so friendly with anyone coming in whether they had an appt or not girls were so helpful and friendly to everyone and amongst themselves. What a lovely store. Just wanted to let you know.

I decided to try varifocal lenses to help with driving. Initially one of the lenses was the wrong strength which was rectified as soon as they were aware of the problem. After this I couldn't see long distances clearly. After an appointment with the optician it was pointed out to me that not everyone can adapt to this. I tried the glasses for another week but discovered cheap reading glasses were as good as I needed. I spoke with the manager and she happily gave me a full refund without any quibbles or trying to push me to buy reading glasses from them. All the staff have been so helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you very much for customer service experience. Would definitely recommend you to friends and family.
