I give 3 star because I find some doctors very friendly,and some not do much.
Very prepared and willing to understand patients needs. However some all the receptions staff are very rude and very unpolite towards patients. They do not understand that patients ring the surgery for worries with their health or missing meds etc. And still they are not helping makings frustrating patients very unhappy.
The staff on the front desk are great and try there best to get you seen as soon as possible.
Always try to be accommodating and have not had to wait too long for an appointment
Excellent care and professional administration
My uncle Dr. K G M Bhakta, consultant psychiatrist, served the Talgarth Hospital, Mid-Wales. Adjudged the best out-going student from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal set sail to the U K for higher education, bringing accolades. His wife and son Rena aunty and Gavin Esq. respectively are so loving and good. Wish them all the best
