Absolutely terrible service, food was undercooked, there was blood on my chicken wings. The two employees were communicating in another language which made us feel uncomfortable, as well as this, the visually annoyed employee ruined my food but putting too much watery ketchup over it. I think he did this on purpose out of spite. Defiantly will not be returning! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely disgusting food and customer service. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Not one of the items I ordered was edible. Cardboard old chips, burger was wrong and had a stale bun, ribs we're all fat, chicken wings were dry and clearly old (despite being told they were cooked fresh recently by the guy on the phone bulls**t) called up after trying some of the food and was offered new chips and burger, when I said I wanted a whole new order (giving them the benefit of the doubt)they got all funny with me and offered a refund as long as I didn't eat it (fair enough) when the driver got here he tried playing the "don't shoot the messenger card" and also tried saying he wouldn't refund it because I'd eaten some (literally tried a bit of each) I said to him even if one thing was right I would have probably let it slide, but it was all jank. After a back and forth with the driver and him calling his boss a couple of times, I finally got my refund. It is late and I'm hungry, still haven't eaten, so I wouldn't be complaining unless it was disgusting, even for a fat git like me. Wouldn't feed to my dog, this place used to be good. Avoid avoid avoid, will never be ordering again... Literally can't stress how much this place should be avoided unless you're in town, drunk, late at night and don't care about eating absolutely rank food.

Ordered at 20:15, for was suppose to arrive at 21;05, turned up at 21:55, called plenty of times with no answer. Once food did arrive was half the order missing and colder then my ex girlfriend. Would not recommend!!!

I placed an order through Just-Eat, was originally delayed ten minutes. Despite the delivery time passing with nothing arriving, the app stated that it had been delivered. I contacted the takeaway the next day after I was advised to do so by Just-Eat, and as soon as I explained that I had not received my order, the guy on phone immediately said they'd tried to deliver knocked four times and then accused me of accusing them of lying! I live in a house share two other people, both of which get takeaways regularly, one of which had ordered from Just-Eat (different takeaway) and have first floor room and both always hear the door knock when delivery arrives. The flatmate in who had had a delivery that night, and has a room practically overlooking the front door with the window open, clarified that she did not hear the door knock, meaning that there was no delivery. Either they were indeed lying and it's an issue with their driver they need to resolve, or they tried to deliver to the wrong address, but whether either is true I don't know, seeing as the guy on the phone was rude, uncooperative and did not seem to want to help in any way when trying to resolve the matter. He just told me to speak to Just-Eat for a refund which they provided. Would not advise ordering from here! Maybe if they changed their attitude towards helping customers in situations like this, they might get better reviews.
