Took our order from the UberEats app.
Then two hours later when the food hadn't arrived changed the status to delivered on the app and took their phone off the hook. The app then said the restaurant isn't taking any more orders.
We spent a lot of money on this meal. Ordered it early to make sure it was delivered in a timely manner.
We also have children and keep them waiting for their food with no contact, well the service is discussing.
Very Disappointed and would not recommend.

If I could've given zero stars then I would have but its not an option. We ignored the poor reviews to take a chance on this but please do not order here. Food never showed up. Rang them twice asked where food was as it was more than 2 hours late, he said another 30 mins at least as they hadn't even started cooking it yet. So I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. They seem to take anything through uber eats yet clearly lack the capacity to fulfil the amount of orders. STAY AWAY.
Abysmal service currently 1 hr late and still no.food or order cancellation as now requested tried to fob me off saying it was already out with another order and should be with in 5 minutes then apparently he couldn't get hold.of driver dont order feom these they mess you around evident from the low rating here now ever lower should of checked here first before ordering via app
This is by far the worst Chinese restaurant in Kent. Ordered our food and so much was missing from actual meals to sauces. Waste of money. The food that actually arrived was awful and seemed like old reheated food. Awful!
This place is awesome! Reasonable prices, considerable dishes and the staff are always very friendly.
