Tonight they argued with us that their 18" pizzas come in 16" boxes, after we received and paid for a large order.
Just to be clear: the three 18" pizzas we ordered from Bro'z arrived in 16" boxes. They had quite a bit of leg room in those boxes, too.
We paid nearly 40 quid and, if we'd ordered 16" pizzas from the menu, it would have been a tenner cheaper.
When pushed, the manager apologised and said he would send someone back to refund the difference.
It didn't happen.
Food has gone down the toilet. Avoid.
Always order from here but today they cancelled with no notice. Not even a phone call to tell me. Very disappointing
