I have been doing pregnancy yoga classes with Sue and she is a really excellent teacher. As a mother herself, she is incredibly knowledgeable and knows all the best yoga techniques to prepare for the birth. I would highly recommend her!
Ty Yoga is unique and Sue is a wonderful teacher. The atmosphere created by the river and trees outside of the Dome, and the wood burner within, is really special. The practice is small, only 7 at a time, so Sue always has time to guide, correct or encourage you personally.
Sue is the most amazing teacher, she is patient and knowledgeable and has helped me enormously. The setting is truly beautiful, in winter the dome has a glorious wood burner and experiencing the changing seasons is inspiring. Magical setting and fantastic teaching.
The most wonderful little hidden gem of a yoga studio. Sue is an incredible teacher, the classes are always so welcoming whether a regular or a one off visitor and the location is magical.
Set in a beautiful, calm, serene place which sets the scene for a wonderful energising but also relaxing experience. Sue teaches how to relax and meditate as well as learning yoga poses which I found I improved with each week and felt a difference physically and emotionally. I love the smaller classes and the time and patience Sue gives to each person to help them achieve the correct movement and pose to their ability. There is a wonderful relaxation ending to the session which makes you feel as if you are rested and de-stressed. I am looking forward to experiencing Sues retreat days in 2020.
