Went here with my wife and kids last night. Good service overall. Decent Kids menu. On a side note, the balsamic onions were a little too sweet for me, so bare that in mind if you don't like that sweet taste

The food was good, but the service was very poor, after waiting for 15 minutes after sitting down before anyone came to take our drinks order, then the drink for my wife turned up around 10 minutes later, the drink I had ordered, was out of stock, so I ordered a coke which took a further 10 minutes to arrive. When my starter turned up, I had to go and find a member of staff to ask for some salt and pepper, we then had our main course and finished, we waited some time, so again I had to get up to ask for the bill, when we were given it, I had been charged for a drink I didn't have. We used to use Zizzi's fairly frequently, but I think it will be some time before we return to the Maidstone restaurant. Zizzi's is one of my favourite places to eat! Can't beat their garlic bread! Service always good here too! Enjoying the last day before lockdown... Again!

I frequent this excellent place many times because I love the ambiance that is part of this restaurant. The crew is awfuly welcoming and qualified. The service is absolutely efficient. Most important, the food they prepare is first-rate. I have been there many times and I was always satisfied. The expense is fair. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Went with my family lunchtime today & have to say everything was excellent. The accessible toilet is one if the cleanest in Maidatone! So well done to who ever does the cleaning in there! We ordered rustica pizza as they're not doing other pizzas at the moment so I asked our waitress if I could not have it too crispy & when it came it was absolutely delicious although it didnt have any pine nuts as stated on the menu. Served piping hot so well done to all the team at Maidstone Zizi's . We were also able to get in for an early booking & pay 50% less for our meal. I have never had a bad meal at Zizi.....always found it excellent. It's such a shame that you've changed the decor & esp all the beautiful light fittings you had previously! Thankyou to all the staff
