Rang earlier to request asthma pump urgently for my son.explained am taking my mother who lives in porthcawl for urgent scan in Cardiff. Don't want to leave my son without pump.he has been up all night.wont be back until after 6 when chemist is closed.receptionist not interested.i know they have rules but in an emergency rules can be bent sometimes. They should take a leaf out of Nelson surgeries book.they are fantastic.
Awful. Have had their "mental health specialist" told me i didnt look ill, have kept me waiting all day for call backs only for them to tell me i need to ring them back. Rude receptionists and all around just useless.
1 star is too generous.
Be trying to get hold for then for an hour now and can't get hold of then
Recently moved to this surgery and have found the service amazing. No 3 week wait for appointments, doctors, nurses and receptionist all helpful and caring. Couldn't ask anything more from a surgery.
excellent surgery couldn't wish for better . Dr wells is fab !! bev the nurse is also great she packed my disgusting wound without being sick or fainting ....I thank you for that and also Wendy on reception is very helpful!! thanks all would highly recommend!! X
