This place should be shut down its an embarrassment to the NHS. wrongly diagnosed me when I had sepsis and pneumonia as a 'chest infection' which left me in hospital for 2 weeks. Only to go back today for something else to find out that they booked my appointment in wrong and didn't have enough time to do my appointment because the receptionists don't know what they are doing. Will 100% be leaving this place. Never had an issue with my old surgery like this. Its one thing after another.

I had to wait years to get the right treatment

Near impossible to get an appointment unless you queue half a hour before opening and then it's first come first served so no guarantee.
