Great surgery, reception staff are pleasant. Nurses are friendly and caring. Doctor Ali is an absolute legend - Excellent doctor.
Dr Ali is a very good GP, Trouble is he's surrounded by incompetent staff, Sam is the only on who knows whats she is doing and how to do it efficiently and effectively, don't bother with this surgery if you want a reliable prescription service, They cant even get it right with the script being delivered by local pharmacy themselves and for the love of god don't change meds or have additional meds added to you file, It confuses the poor pharmacist who naturally thinks all your meds com off file for some odd reason. In this profession do no harm is the motto, but someone needs to remind the staff (except Sam) of this.
Dr Ali is a wonderful GP. Reception staff here are very helpful.. I habe rang other surgeries for friends etc and realise what a good job the ladies at this practice do.
