Food: the tempura veg was far too big and didn’t cook through so had that taken off bill, chicken wings were a tad boring. Sushi excellent though, so commend the team on that 5/5 well done. Service: team quite young, which ordinarily I wouldn’t comment on, but a bit too much standing around, also very audible “when were you born, I was born in 2004” chat for my liking. But friendly and polite. Will go back for sure

This is our seventh visit along with a couple of takeaways. We drive a good 30 minutes to get there but it is well worth it. The food is a great price great quality and very fresh. The wine is always nice and again good for the money. We prefer to visit here than any of the London restaurants we’ve tried!

2 stars, because I have no food , so I am being generous. Real shame. The sushi is good but having to chase up your order for delivery after nearly 2 hours is poor. Order placed at 6:04 on a Thursday and its 8:00 and still no food. I would much prefer to have my food delivered promptly and within the advertised 90 minutes which to be honest is still way too long. When the food did arrive, the presentation was poor, clearly the food was made in a hurry and the " we will stick some beers in your order" by way of an apology was actually 1 beer. I won't be rushing back.

Delicious. Staff v friendly. It was Our daughter's birthday, which we had noted in the reservation form,and when we entered the restaurant they were quick to wish her a happy birthday and when we had our puddings they came out with a birthday candle and sit in the company by singing are there any nice touch. After a little bit of a delay in delivering some of the food the rest of the food was delivered in a very prompt manner and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Kazoku Dragon was extremely tasty. They also let us order katsu curry (husband’s favourite) which wasn’t on the menu. Highly recommend!

I have had both sit down meals and take aways from Kazoku. I definitely was not disappointed in the standard, quality or portion sizes. It was wonderful and one of the best sushi restaurants I have been too! I am so happy that I live so close ❤ The eat out to help out was great, as sushi can be expensive! I would recommend that they continue to do a similar deal after lockdown as I am sure this would be popular with the locals (as well as me!)
