Appalling!!! We have been here twice in the last 3 weeks. The first time we ordered 5 meals and all the chips were half full. Tried ringing them, no answer. Tonight we ordered 4 meals a 4 piece nugget meal. Got home to find we had the chips in the happy meal, no nuggets and no toy. Tried ringing them 8 times!!! No answer!! My daughter had chips for dinner!!! Probably won't even reply to this either....
They won’t let you in to McDonald’s in Sevenoaks to eat in, without a mask. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It's like any other McDonald's really, nothing overly special but nothing terrible! They got the order correct and were quick and efficient
Greeted by a very polite member of staff who directed us to ordering and then table and was very polite and helpful thought-out. Well done.
Popped in to the drive though recently and had a shaky experience with one of the staff members. Upon arrival at the window the gentlemen said thats 'a nice necklace' and winking at me whilst staring at my chest before stating he was 'a big deal around here' and a 'fire rapper'. I rejected his advances and he called me 'an old ting' and that i 'had to make way'. Thus refusing to give me my chicken select meal and leaving me very dissatisfied.
