Hi, my name is Lea. I have always been suffering from hip and knee pain. One of the reasons for this is that my left leg is 2.5cm shorter than my right leg. Since childhood I have been faffing around with uncomfortable insoles that would slide around my shoe, give me blisters, etc. When coming to Cardiff, I discovered The Feetness Centre. My first appointment was fabulous. The reception staff are kind, reliable, and caring. Stephen Coombs is professional, helpful, and solicitous to provide you with the best possible service. Over the past few months, Stephen has helped me to get some high quality
, handmade insoles that are specifically made for me and my needs. Walking, running and exercising has never felt so good. I wouldn’t want to live a day without them now. My body feels aligned, I have no hip pain and even my knee has improved. I would highly recommend The Feetness Centre to anyone struggling with similar pains as me, as well as back, foot or ankle pain (and probably many more I am not aware of).
