Tonight, I was completely and utterly horrified by the behavior of a female servant on duty. The language the blonde server used to greet a customer was total shocker, if only I was a woman would surely have taught her a lesson on customer service, I only came to collect my takeaway order. Never witnessed such behavior from restaurant workers anywhere, must say that my 11-year-old could do better with the food I got, pizzza was like a plank of wood never again would I return to Zizzi again.

OMG. We are in a pandemic so I thought all restaurants and takeaways must be absolutely clean but this was not the case when I arrived to collect my takeaway order today. As I arrived and waited must say I have never seen anything like it before, all I could see that a RAT was enjoying what I could make out was bits of pasta near the kitchen door. I mentioned this to a female manager and I could see and hear her discussing something with a female chef, suddenly they started to use foul language and told me to leave the restaurant. To be honest I didn't want to stay another second in that RAT infested place let alone eat anything from there. I was actually glad to leave that disgusting place. Google why customers do not have the option to leave 0 star reviews?

Amazing food as always those chefs really know their stuff must be my 6th visit and everyone of them just brilliant and the staff are so professional... Love it

Just wondering if the chef actually knows how to cook, I ordered a rustica margherita what I got was just like a stale piece of flatbread which had lots of soggy wet tomato sauce and probably out of date cheese. When called to complain the manager answered but would not giver her name, yet she was very rude and abrupt. Total shame Zizzi well done, you have lost a customer.

We met with friends at this spot for lunch. we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew were extremely nice and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. We recommend this place to all.
