I met Sonja last year for micro suction ear wax removal (she offers the cheapest prices in Cardiff!) and was impressed with her approach to her clients. She is very professional and gave me the feeling that if I needed private hearing aids she would be my first choice. Recently I realised that my NHS hearing aids were not really up to the task so I decided that the best thing to do would be to go and see Sonja again. After a careful assessment of my hearing and lifestyle she suggested some hearing aids which might be suitable for me and gave me enough information for me to decide what would be best for me. At no time was I "steered" in the direction of the most expensive model.
After weighing everything up I did decide to go for a "premium" model and I am delighted with the results. Be assured that whatever the budget, Sonja will get the best value possible. I have recommended her to all my friends with hearing issues and I recommend her to you too!
Impeccable service from Sonja. So pleased with the result. Life changing would not be exaggerating but absolutely on point. From the moment Sonja answered the phone to me as a mum in incrisis through to the initial consultation she was both friendly, understanding and professional. Sonja was supportative and went out of her way to help my daughter throughout the whole process of arranging/ selecting private aids. After previous experiences that had created such negative impact on this whole process for my daughter, Sonja completely changed this experience into something positive, new, modern...... Sonja made my daughter feel the most comfortable she has felt to date. It has bought a new lease of life. The whole experience over something so important and needed so urgently was dealt with so efficiently and with so much urgency and real care and compassion from Sonja that made it such a delight for us opposed to the battle we have experienced elsewhere. As for pricing, Sonja's aids are so reasonable and Sonja is so honest and her service is priceless. What a beautiful, modern, clean vibrant branded clinic with modern technology and what a lovely knowledgeable lady in a great location !

After having pain in my ears (right especially) for a while, getting a diagnosis of impacted wax from the GP was a god send.
But now I knew what it was, what to do about it? Working in healthcare myself, in current times my hours are limited, up steps Cardiff Hearing and Sonja offering me an appointment at 620pm that day!
Very gentle with a big whimp like me, talked me through the process very well and I can now hear more then I ever could and my pressure has gone!
