Always do everything they can 💖
The doctors I have seen here are extremely rude, unhelpful, incompetent and have no compassion. I've been going there for almost a year and every time I go in they tell me that they don't have my file from my previous GP, so they can't help me. Either they are so incompetent that they are incapable of retrieving a patient's notes, or they just don't care. Either way I am the one who has to suffer the consequences of their negligence.
